🔍 How to Track Your Order
All dolls are shipped directly from our factory in China. You will receive a tracking number via email after shipment.
⚠️ Note: Tracking info will not be available until customs clearance is complete (5–8 business days after shipment).
🧾 Customs Duties and Taxes
Import taxes may apply depending on your country. The buyer is responsible for these costs. Typically, duties range from $100–$150.
U.S. customers do not need to pay import taxes.
European countries that usually do not require duties:
- UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, etc.
Customers in Canada, Norway, Australia, South Africa:
We will cover up to 50% of your import duty (up to $150), and assist with customs communication.
Tariff-free regions in Asia:
- Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc.
